Our Society is looking for someone to take on this endeavor. It is simple and easy. You will set up special events as I was told and communicate with the board on the upcoming events in case your wisdom is needed.  I have the items past person sold at our open meetings stored here. Then arranging I think it is two meetings a year for participates to enjoy.
