The Board of Directors Meeting is held one day each month as stated in the ByLaws. The meeting is brought to order by the President of CVGS. A quorum of the Board of Directors shall be one-half plus one of the current Board Members. A quorum must be present to take a vote, and a simple majority shall enact a motion.
Standing Rules for attending members:
1. Non-Board Members may attend Board Meetings but may not vote and cannot participate in meeting discussions.
2. If there is a point to discuss, they must contact the CVGS President at least five days before the meeting to be added to the agenda.
3. They are allowed to speak for no more than four(4) minutes.
The meeting will start at 12:00pm Pacific and is hosted by the President of CVGS.
