“Try To Remember - Never Forget”

Memoirs of Holocaust Survivor Ruth Goldschmiedova Sax

Presented by:  Sandra Scheller & Ruth Sax

Chula Vista Civic Center Branch Library

(365 F Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910)

Meet Ruth Goldschmiedova Sax.

She is standing next to the dress that her Grandmother wore during the time she was in Oederan. She never took it off and every week she would bend over and the Nazis painted an X and stripe down her backside. The dress was initially given to her in Auschwitz.

Sandra Scheller and Ruth Sax are coming to talk about Ruth's experience during the Holocaust. She was a 10 year old when her family was taken by the Nazis and sent to concentration camps.

Sandra is Ruth's daughter and has written a book about her mother's experiences. They will have their book for sale after the program.

Please note the change of DAY (Saturday) and TIME (1:00pm)!

Please register soon if you plan to attend this meeting so that we may better plan for this event.
