The keynote speaker is moving to April 19 due to a team member leaving her position today. She will be talking about Ancestry on line and Google and things she thinks can help us at Google. She is very excited about it.

We will meet tonight and help CLayton Becker with his missing Aunt and each other with your needs.  Hope we meet early so we can come home early.

Just got the word.  She also suggests we use Gmail since cox.net is not getting the mail through as expected.

Saturday, sometime or Friday night late we lost our esteemed Bernice Heiter.

Though she did not attend often she was thought of almost every meeting and we will miss her fine words of wisdom.

    More data to follow

Barbara I., called me about an hour ago to let me know that her Mother Joan Largey has passed to the other side.  It happened shortly after 5 am this morning.  Her Mom passed exactly 50 years to the day and time as her father did.  She says My MOM MUST HAVE PLANNED THAT.

No services at this time.  Barbara I. Her daughter,  will inform us if they have a gathering in a few weeks to commemorate Joan's life.

I will miss her greatly, she still was looking for information on her grandfather in Los Angeles.

In defense of our country I wish this lady's talk was viral and the whole USA heard it.   She talked about diseases and the devastation that they have caused our country since pre Civil War.

She was excellent and wow can her information help you learn why you may have blanks in your research and maybe the places one should look for answers.

Bacterial Diseases in the Civil War that impacted the Civil War.

Shirley Becker was as impressed as I was.

Mary was very excited because one of the counties she has worked extensively is one Mary is digging.

    Thank  You  Barbara B Hemmingsen.

Will be presenting some things about MyHeritage.com that  you may find interesting.

If time permits my cousin has sent  me a file on other places to do research.

She covers Tennessee and hope to soon get data shared with you all, also.

My Heritage.com just changed their system in the last two days so we will all have fun together.  Bring laptop, Ipad, or working device .

I am no where near as good as our last presenter but will share some neat things that this site does for genealogists.
