Gary Brock, Thank you for a very informative talk on Scanning and the various machines available.  it was interesting to learn about how color affects our seeing. We learned about sizing and how external items around a picture, we take and scan can create infringement. 

Gary presented a really simple home made, Camera Stand to Shirley Becker.

The stand eliminates the fuzzy edges and stablizes a picture when shooting.

You can use this for many normally harder to take pictures. 

There was a hand out presented if you signed up ahead of time. Gary will be putting it up for members to see shortly. 

We had 20 attendees at this event. We gained two new members. Welcome to: Glennalie Coleman and Heather Goebel, (I think). Gave data to Gary Brock. 

Prior to starting the meeting, intoductions were made and comments were given on how Christmas treated them.
