Learn what land records can tell you about your ancestors. Learn about a Grantor and Grantee, and where to find these files and information. Learn how neighbors can became family also.

Recording of Deeds, for transfer of land. Learn what types of land transfer documents were  used
early in our country's history and where to locate them.
Susi once worked in Deed transfers and creations and has had 2 + years of college on this topic.

Handouts will be presented and urls to use.
